Unlimited chart of accounts
Plus caps the chart of accounts at 250. This is the wall most Sage 300, Dynamics GP and Intacct migrations hit first, because a segmented GL rarely collapses under 250 accounts without losing reporting history.
Unlimited classes and locations
Plus allows 40 classes and locations combined. Advanced removes the limit, which is what lets a multi department, multi branch or multi entity structure carry across instead of being flattened.
12 custom fields
Plus gives you 3. Advanced gives you 12, on customers, vendors and transactions, so the fields your old system reported on do not have to be abandoned at cutover.
Workflow approvals and automation
